ProxyRadar continuously checks the public infrastructure of the proxy networks we track. This report is the first monthly Proxy Provider Uptime Index — a transparent, reproducible snapshot of how reliably each provider's own website and dashboard stayed reachable during July 2026. We publish it because "is this provider even up right now?" is a real, verifiable question, and because outages of a provider's control panel directly affect whether you can buy, top up, or manage proxies.

Read the scope carefully — we are deliberately precise about what this does and does not measure.

What this index measures (and what it does not)

It measures: the reachability and HTTP health of each provider's public website / dashboard surface, probed on a fixed schedule from a single ProxyRadar monitoring host. Each check records success/failure and response time. "Uptime %" below is successful checks ÷ total checks.

It does NOT measure: proxy throughput, connection success rate through the proxy, sticky-session stability, or exit-IP/geo accuracy. Those require authenticated proxy-transaction probes with live credentials, which are on our roadmap (see below) and will power a separate, clearly-labelled metric in a future edition. A provider can show 100% website uptime here and still have variable proxy performance — do not read this table as a proxy-quality ranking.

"Median / p95 site response" is the response time of the provider's public website as seen from our monitoring host — a rough infrastructure-health signal, not proxy latency.

Headline findings

  • 7 of 20 providers held 100% website availability across the full window: NetNut, Oxylabs, IPRoyal, SOAX, DataImpulse, Decodo, Rayobyte.
  • Lowest measured availability: NodeMaven at 98.286% — still high in absolute terms, but the most website-level blips we recorded this period.
  • Fastest-responding site: NetNut (median 44 ms).
  • No sustained multi-region outage incidents were auto-confirmed in this window (our incident engine requires repeated failures from independent regions, which a single vantage cannot yet satisfy — another reason multi-region probing is next).

Methodology

  • Targets: the public website/dashboard URL of each tracked provider.
  • Cadence: scheduled checks (≈5-minute interval per target), recorded with success/failure, HTTP status, and response time.
  • Uptime %: successful checks ÷ total valid checks over the window, to three decimals.
  • Eligibility for this edition: ≥ 14 days of history and ≥ 1,000 checks. 20 providers qualified.
  • Vantage: single monitoring host (one region). This is a stated limitation, not a hidden one.

Limitations & honesty notes

  1. Single vantage point. A local network issue at our host can look like a provider blip. Multi-region probing (next edition) will remove this ambiguity.
  2. Service-surface, not proxy-network. See the scope section — this is website/dashboard uptime.
  3. 16-day first edition. The window is shorter than a full calendar month; future editions will cover full months as history accumulates.
  4. No commercial weighting. Inclusion and ranking are purely data-driven; commercial relationships never affect probe results or placement. This report contains no affiliate links.

Roadmap (what makes the next edition stronger)

  • Multi-region probes (independent vantage points) to eliminate single-host bias.
  • Authenticated proxy-transaction checks: connection success rate, latency through the proxy, sticky-session hold time, and exit-country accuracy.
  • Full calendar-month windows and month-over-month trend deltas.

No. This measures the provider's public site/dashboard reachability, not proxy performance. A provider can score 100% here and still have variable proxy speed or success — proxy-transaction metrics are on our roadmap.

Why only 20 providers?

Only providers with at least 14 days of history and 1,000+ checks in this window qualified for the first edition. Others will appear as their history accumulates.

How often is this updated?

Monthly. This is the first edition; each future edition adds a full calendar month and, progressively, multi-region and proxy-transaction metrics.
